NADRA’s New e-Sahulat Service Makes Renewal Quick and Easy

Pakistanis can now enjoy a new, convenient way to renew or reprint their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) through select e-Sahulat franchise centers. This initiative aims to make identity services more accessible, especially for citizens who previously faced challenges due to distance, illiteracy, or lack of smartphones.

NADRA’s New e-Sahulat Service Makes Renewal Quick and Easy

Initial Availability in Major Cities

At the first stage, this service is available in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, and Karachi across 18 e-Sahulat franchise centers. Each center has a NADRA-appointed officer to ensure official supervision, maintaining service quality and reliability.

Fees and Charges

NADRA services at these centers will be provided at the government-set CNIC fee, plus an additional e-Sahulat service charge of 100 PKR. This small fee allows citizens to quickly access identity services without visiting main NADRA offices, saving time and effort.

Biometric Facilities for Everyone

Pakistan has over 22,000 e-Sahulat franchise centers nationwide, with more than 9,500 offering biometric verification. This ensures that illiterate citizens or those without smartphones can still easily obtain CNIC services.

Why This Matters

This initiative not only reduces congestion at NADRA offices but also brings identity services closer to the people, particularly in urban centers. For those who frequently travel or need urgent CNIC replacement, the e-Sahulat network provides a fast, secure, and official option.
